split from T8715

livecd-rootfs has code to implement pre-seeding snaps via iso seeds. the code from livecd-rootfs is copied into our tooling where we do the preseeding. since we use seeds anyway we should probably drop our code copy and seed the kf5 snap via iso neon/seeds.git
