Activate Cut/Copy Sharp actions in the menu

They were forgotten about due to a string freeze. Now they are
translated in all the languages.

Just to remind everyone: these actions allow the user to copy a
piece of image keeping the border of the cut piece as sharp as
possible without antialiasing.
