Remove Krita from Master

Krita development now happens in the krita-next branch, until we
move krita into a separate git repository. Krita 2.9 will be released
from calligra.git, krita 3.0 from the krita repo. The only places
that I could find where krita is still referenced is in the resource
server code, which right now is a bit hard to un-entangle. I think
those bits never worked for any other application.

If you have local changes to krita in master, merge them to krita-next
first...
