New feature: Scan Parameters. These are named sets of scanner settings
which be saved and recalled at any time. So, for example, you could define
(among others) sets named "Hi-Res Photo" and "Lo-Res Document" with
appropriate scan settings, and switch between them with a couple of clicks.

All operations are available from the "Scan - Scan Parameters..." menu,
when Kooka is not in gallery mode.
