Skip APPNAMELC desktop + json files from scripty in trunk

exclude *APPNAMELC* file from jsonfilelist and findfiles
note:
this patch does not remove translations from existing *%{APPNAMELC}*.desktop and *%{APPNAMELC}*.json files,
this has to be done manually
