[Extractor] Show file URL when temporary extractor crashes
Summary:
KCrash only tells if the indexer has crashed, but it may be completely
non-obvious which file caused the crash. Issue a warning in this case.
Test Plan:
- move a known bad file to a non-indexed location
- select the file in dolphin
