cppcheck::Job code cleanup; small UI fixes

1. cppcheck::Job code cleanup - old, unused and ugly code is removed.
2. cppcheck output displayed now in 'Test' view (old version uses 'Debug' view).
3. After successful checking the plugin will automatically open 'Problems' view. With old version user must do this step manually, which is inconvenient and annoying.
