Show content types in tooltip for tuples.

IndexedContainer::toString() did this, but not
DeclarationNavigationContext::htmlIdentifiedType() as used in tooltips.

There's still a lot of duplication within this method, with the
base-class version, and with the <type>::toString() methods.
It's not obvious how to improve that currently.
