Revert "remove forced width on x and y mirror buttons. there was no padding before and looked bad"

This reverts commit c33c526d6b33197d4b0afcfbcd65b69b0719ad91.

For some extremely weird reason, this commit causes the dock widget's
titlebar code to go haywire. I remember having seen that behaviour
before...
