Finished adding support for GIMP's Foreground Transparent and Background Transparent stop types.

Users can now create and edit segment gradients with these stop types, and they will be saved properly.
Tested and confirmed that gradients with these types created in GIMP load in Krita correctly, and
gradients with these types created in Krita load in GIMP correctly.
