Description

Fix KisAllFilterTest

Updated configs and reference images
Fix Small Tiles filter to take correct bounding rect
Fix Small Tiles filter to clear the area before processing
Fix the test to set default bounds correctly and to reuse standard QImage comparison function with fuzziness
