Update the links in the splash screen

• Link to phabricator instead of cgit
• Remove the link to the steam store, so we comply with section 10.8.5

of https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/windows/agreements/store-policies#108-financial-transactions

App stores are horrible, but the Windows store makes it possible
for me to work on Krita at the moment...
