KisDabCache: Take 'scale' and 'ratio' instead of 'scaleX' and 'scaleY'

KisAutoBrush treats ratio differently from other brushes: it changes the
thickness of the brush's spikes instead of doing a simple transformation.

Passing ratio explicitly to it allows it to handle this better.
