Fix crash when closing one of the main windows showing the same document

1. Windows->New Window
2. [in the second window] Windows->New View->Untitled
3. Close first main window
4. Paint something slow
5. See a crash in KisCompositeProgressProxy (that was not disconnected before closing the main window)
