Don't crash when dropping twice invalid URLs on empty archive view

Commit 1f0753660f13 did not take into account the case of failed archive
loading. If we don't disable the drops on the view after a LoadJob
finished with errors, the model will crash attempting to add files to an
invalid archive instance.
