Increase version to 4.90.90 for the first beta of KDevelop 5.

I don't want to have different version numbers for KDevelop and the
rest, all plugins and kdevplatform should also have the 5 version.

To play safe, the plugin version, item repo version, and SO version
numbers are increased as well.
