Fix reloading in the AbstractFileManagerPlugin.

We must start the file list jobs returned by eventuallyReadFolder,
otherwise the call is a leaking no-op.

I'm pretty sure this worked fine in KDE4 based KDevelop, any idea
what might have changed here? Or is this really broken for years
like this now?
