gletters, add support for digraphs

Now we create the correct keyboard in letter more when we have digraphs.
Before that we were splitting words char in the keyboards like in the falling
words.

Fixed getSoundFilenamForChar(c) to support digraphs. In this case we return
values like U0061U0062.ogg
