superbrain: improve color selection usability

On touch based devices we don't have a right mouse-button to
colorcycle backwards.

Therefore we add a color-chooser shown above each guess-item upon
click, which can be used to directly select the colors of our guess.

Also select last color on this column onPressAndHold.
