Railroad, fixed invalid x & y properties of answer zone highlight.

Previously on changing levels or switching from answer zone to sample
wagon zone via key navigations throws invalid 'x' and 'y' property for
answer zone highlight. Made the x and y property of this element based
on its visibilty.
