API dox: improve docs for ApplicationLauncherJob & CommandLauncherJob

• do not repeat name of method in brief section
• drop any @brief with methods for consistency, kapidox/ecmaddqch configure doxygen for auto-brief
• add () to method referred to in description, to have doxygen pick them up for autolinking
• ensure extra line break after @param section to following description text, so it is not added to last param text
• use "\ " adfter "e.g." in brief section to help doxygen not detect end of sentence and thus that of brief section
• do not end param description with a ".", start with lowercase
