Revert "Add titlebar colors to Kirigami::PlatformTheme"

This reverts commit 0d5d94ebe0863f084cd72dcc3a138d6dbde490d7.
It causes a crash when ~/.config/kdeglobals doesn't exists and is not
using color sets correctly.
this needs to be redome completely using colorsets as the others
