lighter coloring whe listview has no activeFocus

in order to be more coherent with QWidget styles,
when a listview does not have activeFocus, color the
active item in a lighter way and don't do the color inversion
this also helps usability a lot with keyboard navigation
(on mobile continue to always use full highlight)
