Add support for x-kde-passwordManagerHint mimetype

New feature introduced into Klipper recently allows providing passwords
with special mimetype, which Klipper treats as secrets and does not store
them into history. Once we can rely on this release, we can drop all the
crazy code that deals with removing stuff from Klipper.
