rejigger sddm needles and split off 5.15 version

the 5.15 version has ever so different spacing, entirely throwing off the
needles.
5.15 is now a separate needle applicable to user and testing. the master
needle only applies to unstable and has had its area adjusted to cover
everything with different spacing
