Fix binary Aztec barcode encoding for ticket tokens
Combined with a pending fix for KF5::Prison, this seems to finally allow
us to produce valid UIC 918.3 barcodes (ie. using the KDE Itinerary app
to pass Deutsche Bahn ticket checks).
