Fix ignoring changes
Previously we were ignoring the changes but since the internal revision
was not the last one, akonadi would complain that there is a more
recent revision. This fix the issue.

Show the default help information in the help panel only after the backend was already completely initialized.

Handle completion of todos in distant time zones
The Month view displays todos on their due dates in the local time zone;
a todo due on the 23rd at 06:00 Asia/Tokyo time is displayed on the
22nd if the local time zone is UTC or further west.
`IncidenceMonthItem::icons()` used the local date to calculate an
occurrence date for occurrences of recurring todos, without considering
time zones, to decide whether to draw a "completed" icon. This can
fail.
Example:
- start 2022-09-22 06:00 Asia/Tokyo
- due 2022-09-23 07:00 Asia/Tokyo
- repeat daily, 3 times. (Occurrences overlap.)
- use the Todo view to complete it once.
The Month view does not display any "completed" icons.
This patch uses a previously-computed offset between the occurrence and
the todo's start.

Make the Share button's dropdown open instantly on left-click too
Right now it needs right-click or left-click-hold, which makes it appear broken
when someone left-clicks it and reasonably expects it to do *something*.

smb/kio_smb_browse: Check error code `EINVAL` to prompt the password dialog
With `samba-libs` >= 4.16, when user connect to the windows file sharing with incorrect user credential, the error code is `EINVAL`.
The user should get the password dialog to enter username and password if the error code is `EINVAL`.

Support SNCF regional tickets from Normandie
Some of those use a so far unknown binary barcode format we cannot decode
yet. The PDF layout however is very close to the "Secutix v2" layout, so
we can get decent results by reusing most of the extractor script for that.

Add extractor script for BlaBlaCar Bus
We're matching this extractor on either the From: header from the
enclosing email, or on the QR code which contains 17 text elements
separated by the | character.

Fix double confirmation dialog on overwriting a file
QFileDialog::getSaveFileUrl() by default asks for confirmation when
selecting an existing file. It does this though on the very selected URL,
while that URL might be modifed afterwards to enforce a ".kjc" extension.
And duplicates the custom code to confirm overwriting the actual URL.

Fix crash caused by using original view rather than actual view
UrlLoader::decideEmbedOrSave used the original view when deciding
whether it could be reused to open the URL, instead of using the view
provided using UrlLoader::setView. If the URL was opened by clicking on
a sidebar item, this caused a sidebar view to be used, rather than the
correct dolphin part. This lead to a crash because the sidebar view is
a passive view, which caused KonqViewManager::chooseNextView to return
nullptr
