Summary

libinput: Don't hardcode seat0 anymore

udev: when enumerating devices, reject ones that are not part of the current seat

udev: add a function to allow querying the framebuffer device

fbdev: Support querying the framebuffer device.

main_wayland: don't hardcode /dev/fb0 anymore

arc is not really good with commit series. Best solution is IMHO to create one phab request per patch and make them depend on each other.
