R895:989d4b84198f: Fix graph link in weekly-bug-summary template
Summary

Currently the graph button on weekly-bug-summary (which is a custom KDE mod on top of bugzilla) doesn't link to the
right graph.

It seems the graph page wants the product by ID rather than name. We
have that in our template parameters.

Test Plan

Can't test obviously, but read code and checked link by hand
