Summary

This ensures there isn't a stray hovered item when moving the mouse from an item to an adjacent window.

BUG: 373255
FIXED-IN: 5.8.5

Test Plan

When I place a window ontop of an item and then move the mouse from the item to the window, the highlight is cleared now
