Add batch script to launch KDevelop with MSVC on Windows

Summary

With this, you can

  1. install KDevelop
  2. install MSVC: http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools
  3. install CMake
  4. launch the "KDevelop (MSVC compiler)" shortcut

and MSVC will work correctly from within KDevelop.
