Summary

kactivities was not built to avoid boost library, which can be avoided
by the -DKACTIVITIES_LIBRARY_ONLY=ON cmake time option.

Providing plasma-framework in the flatpak-kde-runtime allows apps to use
Plasma qqc2 theme which is default on Plasma Mobile.
