Summary

I *think* this is all that's needed to be able to build Juk for Windows using Craft. However I haven't been able to test yet, advice from the team appreciated!

Test Plan

No testing performed. Assuming the blueprint works, I intend to test with an autogenerated installer on a local Windows box.
