Summary

BUG: 395525

The Info page of torrent showed the share ratio in scientific format, now it is shows as [-]9.9.
Previous format character 'g' uses whatever is most concise, which can be confusing; use 'f' so it is always something that looks like a regular number

Looks sensible to me: when the ratio is small, 5.6E-4 is not very informative for many people, while 0.00056 might be (and with 2 places precision, I'd hope it becomes 0.00).

Turns out this was a dup of D13971, which was filed earlier, and landed two weeks after this one.
