It is delierately not added to translations as that asserts on my
machine :/

Test Plan

Opened each KCM in systemsettings --reverse
Looked fine and backwards

I feel like this should be done at a lower level and not done in every KCM explicitly.

Plasma does it for you in the containment for all applets as well as config dialogs without causing huge problems.

I'm starting to think you're right about putting it at a higher level.

I'm not sure how viable it is.
