Summary

Depends upon https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/pull/1436

This is very specific to the fact only a GNOME platform and themes are packaged atm. Can be made more generic later though that is apparently not straightforward.

Will also want to backport this to the 5.9 branch of course.

Should be landed in 5.9 branch so we can merge back on master.
