This is after about two hours of use on a Nexus 5X using the "edge" image. No wifi devices exist after logging back in and the brightness also does't work. Everything is fine after a reboot.

Edit: It starts working again after issuing

echo sta > /sys/module/wlan/parameters/fwpath
