The basics look good to me.

A couple of notes:

• Not sure we really need two different date-pickers (one in the view and one in the editor), can we consolidate them?
• We probably need support for editing times accurately as well.
• With recurrences and attendees we'll add a bunch of complexity (so keep that in mind), but for now simple is good.
