Delete Kater and Katze metrics from InfluxDB

Description

Servers Kater and Katze have been decommissioned. I already removed the Grafana dashboards that showed their monitoring, but the old metrics are still present in the InfluxDB database, and I doubt they are of any use. We should delete that data manually.

I deleted only net,host=kater,interface=eth0 and InfluxDB spent 15 minutes compacting old files to get rid of the data, whew. Let's try all the rest.
