  2. Swell-on-grab looks n feels questionable to say the least.
  3. The arrows are off.
  4. The arrows are too tinny to serve any practical purpose whatsoever

The scrollbar is a success story. I can't praise Kubuntu Bionic enough on that one. Love it!
