I would like to have the permission to trigger builds on CI. For example, if we on kdepim break ABI it happens that CI don't build it correct order and one build fails. I would like to trigger a rebuild. Current example:
messagelib(5.7.43) <-> kmail

I know we can solve this by postponing the patch for kmail till messagelib is built on CI, but sometimes you forget about this...
