Description

If the personal key could not be found:

If a recipient key could not be found and encryption is enabled:

Show red insecure icon on recipient (only if encryption is enabled, otherwise it's not an error)
Show warning what's wrong
Either disable encryption checkbox or disable send button until send encrypted has been removed.
