The Overwatch VM is overloaded or crashed. It doesn't respond to anything. HTTPS completes TCP handshake and nothing else. SSH was initially unresponsive, now it gives "connection reset by peer", making me fear the OOM killer killed sshd, in which case we have no way in.

I have emailed Gaertner support asking for a reboot.

If it comes back soon enough, we shouldn't get any lost metrics due to client-side buffering.
