Just opened a ticket at UAL customer service requesting the VLAN. We expect answer in 24h maximum.

I had mentioned before that it would be very helpful for video to have one wired connection in each of the talk rooms and the team room. Can't remember if we got anywhere with that?

Ups. I missed that.

Do we have the MAC address of the devices to be connected? They are very paranoid with hw conections.

Could you give me the rooms you need this, please?

Well, opened a ticket asking permissions to connect three devices.

Requested MAC addresses:

The places requested are:

  • auditorium, near the sound control
  • A-IV conference room, near sound control
  • A-IV team reoom
