Description

Cases:

Missing SSE2 support on the CPU: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=381999
Missing OpenGL support (e.g. when run within a VM)

Should probably display a simple alternative widget showing some basic contents instead of the welcome page then.
