Notification popups are only transient, so we probably want to have a place where you can view errors that occurred previously.
This does not necessarily need to be persistent (we do have logfiles after all), but should allow to view at least error notifications for as long as kube is running.
Ideally this will be the place eventually where we also integrate with the logging system and allow the user to retrieve logs.
