Before moving to store.kde.org we were able to download messageviewer hearder theme.
it's not possible now.
I think that themes were not moved to store.kde.org
is it possible to move them and told me what is missing here ?

I also can't download header themes--I always end up with a KMail Add-On Installer window emtpy, and there is a message at the bottom saying: All categories are missing.
I looked for a .knsrc file related to KMail, to compare with mlaurent's, but didn't find any in my system.

Ok, I found it and tested your changes. Now it works, although it finds only six themes--don't know whether there are others though.
@solitone : yes, kde-files.org had only 6 themes to import.
