If an email from a thread was move to the trash folder we probably would want that email to no longer show up as part of the thread.
We thus have to exclude mails in the trash folder from all threading queries.
Perhaps we need a "mark as deleted" flag to do that efficiently?

We already have a trash flag that can be used for that.
In the conversation we'll just hide mails from trash (so we can optionally show them).
We still have to exclude it from the count though.
When looking at the trash folder everything should probably be inverse. (So you only see deleted mails/conversations).
