consider if we need to remove apport stuff or debrand or what

it's dead jim
T3891 killed it
T2878 may or may not replace it
general things of note: since apport itself is basically like coredumpd but ultimately conflicting with drkonqi due to the UI implication these services have, we gain little to nothing from using it. it would however be handy to send ubuntu bug reports, given we diverge in various ways it seems folly to allow this by default. if a user wants to do that they can still opt in. with whoopsie automatic crash tracking would be possible, but again, with this happening against ubuntu infrastructure we'd have little to no value for the stuff we care about (KDE software). as such no tracking is equally good until T2878 sees actions.
also whoopsie sending to !KDE servers is kinda questionable from an accountability POV.
