Now that we can print a secret key with kleopatra we also should be able to restore it.

As we need the public key for this to work I think it would be best to add that option in the certificate details dialog of a public key.

Some editor is required that helps with that. It should allow pasting in a paperkey version and it should do crc checks for each line.
